I was wondering Do the LIght Duty Truck service manuals also cover blazers or what is a good detailed service manual for the blazer and please don't say Chiltons...

Light duty trucks = Blazer, Suburban, and C/K10-20-30 pickups in those years ... plus maybe the P- and/or G-vans as well.

So, yeah, that's the one.

I mean, mechanically, a pickup with e.g. a 350 isn't any different than a Blazer or a Burb, and hell, from the windshield forward they're all the same anyway (in the same year, ignoring the 30-series frame, yeah yeah.)

Thanks.. That is What I figured since the blazer is based off a truck frame. I ordered a light Duty Service manual from Amazon. It is the original factory manual.

They been reproducing these. The light duty truck is the service manual. You also need to get the unit repair manual and electrical diagram. Should be 3 items for a complete set. At least that is for 78.
