oh and when i was about to take her to inspection i rolled the back window down then it just shattered so i replaced that yesterday it has a cool sticker on but im gonna take that crappy tint off, (least of my worries)

make them outta full doors! make masking tape "casts" off of another set of half doors. put on like 5 or 6 layers of tape and then trim them around the cut lines. Now CAREFULLY transfer them to the full doors, trace the lines with a sharpie, use a cut off wheel, cut long and grind back. read the instructions in the technical articles about the fulll top conversion and follow the instructions on the window channel brackets and door cap brackets. I did two doors in an afternoon and they came out perfect. I'm going to do another set of doors soon and will use this same technique. Don't be scared, there's a $hitload of doors out there so if you screw up...find another one.

I also used the "tape cast?" method to cut off and replace the windshield frame on my rolled '73 to make it unrolled. found a donor blaze for a case of beer and took a sawzall to it. However the cuts had to be exact, no excess for cutting long and grinding back since i was reattaching it.

well im in training still(ft.jackson sc) but did manage to bu a 73 jimmy for parts.. it was running but it got its axles robbed.. but for 300 bucks i dont mind
