1973 K5 Blazer - $2500

bump again.

This would make a great winter project for 1-tons.. truggy... body shop project???

New project you say? I have 2 Z71's (90 and 95-SAS but rolled). Take both and make one! I don't have the room to build, plus now I have 2 kids. :doah:

Trade it for an atv? I've got a '95 Polaris Magnum 425 4x4 that runs great. It has front and rear winches and fairly new 25" Maxxis Mudbugs.

thanks for the offers guys... if I wanted a full-size project I'd keep this one.. which the idea is starting to look better and better every day...

back to the top... no trades... cash offers.

Contemplating parting it out, so make offers on parts too.

I can't believe this hasn't sold yet. :dunno:

If I didn't already have two blazers, I'd jump on it.

Might of found a buyer for my Monte Carlo in the next month or so, so I may be coming into enough money to make this trip possible. I can't imagine a better spent vacation time then driving to buy a truck.

Do you still have the back seat?
Is the rust on the passanger floor surface, or rotting through, and did you finish doing anything about it yet?
Do any of the guages work yet? If not, is it because they arent hooked up, or are broken?

Its going to have to be a semi-daily for me here in Staten Island, in the winter at least, just trying to figure out what I would be getting into.

And do you have more pics? Of any of the rust? Of the tree damage?

Thanks
-Steve-

I do have the back seat.

The rust on the passenger floor is partially repaired... Just a few spots that still need sheet metal. Gauges that work are fuel and speedo. Has secondary gauges for oil and temp that work. Stock gauges are installed, but I switched the gauge cluster to a newer model, and the plastic wire panel is different between the model years. I still the original guages and plastic wire panel.

Tell me specifics of what pics you want, and I'll shoot em for ya.

Pictures of the rockers would be nice, see what the damage is there as far as rot goes.

Of the floor inside, again the rusted and rotted parts.

Under the hood.

The body, bigger sized dents and stuff.

Underneath pics, going to be looking to put a 700r4 in there if I get her I think, so pics of the underside of the truck would be great to see what id be working in.

I'll see what I can do in the next few days.

And just to make sure, you think it will make it back to NYC? Long drive, lol.
