Hi everybody - first post here...

I have a 1973 K5 that I put a Rough Country 4" lift kit on which went smoothly. However not the front flexible brake lines are stretched dangerously tight. Rough Country sells aftermarket replacement front brake lines... but I cant' figure out how to get the old ones off (?!?!).

Any tips are MUCH appreciated. Thank you!

Having a problem getting the line off at the frame?

Where are ya at in CO?

Yes... can see how to get my hand or a wrench inside the frame without dropping exhaust manifold for right side (even if I did that it would still be tight). Colorado Springs.

I didn't have very good luck either of the last 2 times I did these. They were seized on good and rusty. Spray em good
I went the cannibal route. Hopefully someone has a better response!

We have a few guys down that way, unfortunately I'm on the wrong end of the state

I appreciate that... at least I know it's a difficult job by nature. Since it's brakes and brakes are "important", I might take it to Predator 4wd for help on this one... Thanks again!!!

It's more that it requires a bit of patience
