1974 K5 rusty but complete $450 or trade

I've got a '74 K5 that is complete but rusty. It has a 350 that will run when you shoot a little gas to the carb, th350/203 that is supposed to only have reverse. Tires are rollers. I'm wanting $450 or will trade for a very good set of 35" tires(new or near new). Just let me know. Matthew

if you part this, i'm looking for a full vert top and related parts for a 1/2 cab conversion...is it in fair shape? i see its missing the glass, other than that is it solid? any cracks?
