They come with the body. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Seariously they are part of the body and not like the 4x4 Iron sliders. The truck would fall appart without them.

Update on price and yes parts will be available.

BUT DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS POST UNLESS YOU WANT THE WHOLE TRUCK! YOU WILL NOT BE PUT ON A LIST OF ANY SORT. That also includs PM's on parts.

I really didn't want to have ot do this as parts. If you add the parts up even at used prices this truck was a hell of a deal at $4k including the top. The wheels ant tires are a $1k package from most places. Everything is rebuilt but the enigne since I owned it. It's a reliable truck. Nobody sees the deal so time to make my money back on it any way I can.

THe way I am going to do this is I am going to pull all the upgrade stuff off the truck and put the truck back to nearly stock. I do not want to deal with selling the engine and drivetrain and having the body sitting. The truck will be back on 3.08 open axles with a set of worn 33's on a set of wagon wheels. Stock front and rear bumper or maybee no bumper. I may even put it back full time so I can sell the shaft part time kit seperate. I might just throw the 501 kit I have in it. Probably stock and sell the 501 kit with the locking hubs.

Truck will have hard top those spiffy seats unless I can find a set of stock cheap. It will be put in the Autotrader if nobody makes an offer on it by the end of August. It will be listed as $2k in the trader. I am a little flexible before then to just save the hassle.

The 35's I will use on my next project. The soft top has been almost the only thing that there is a list if it didn't sell with the complet truck. The warns and CTMS are the other parts that people have dibs on and the only 2 things that will be a list before I make the sale post for the parts. The people with dibs on those two parts will be contacted soon.

At some point The parts will hit Ebay if they don't sell here quick. pobably mid Oct. I want this all done by the end of Oct. The truck will start being put back stock by mid August after the last ride I plan to use it for.

Now here is the last exception. I have not went and found the stock axles yet. I will take stock matched axles as partial payment on parts. My value of a stock complete servicable set of axles is $250. I can get them for that at U-pull it all day long. If you want to use your stock axles as partial payment for the axles I can work with ya and would like to hear from you. I don't even care if the rear is a 10 but I would prefer a 12 rear.

THE CTM"S AND WARN SHAFTS WILL BE A SEPERATE DEAL FROM THE FRONT AXLE.

We all know new to buy warn shafts and CTM's is going to set you back $950 plus shipping. So they will be seperate from the 4.10 lunch box locker 10bolt when sold. Going rate on the complete combo is $650 when they show up on Pirate.

If you have any interst in this stuck whole or partly whole then now is the time to speak and show some cash. At this point any part that is still bolted to the truck is negotiable till removed. If you want the truck on the locked front and read axles but nothing elses extra on may pops....say so and it can be had that way. Once I remove a part it's to sell it.

Never though I would sell this truck but times change, needs change. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Thanks for the interest.

Re: 1975 Jimmy Trail rig in Atlanta going to the junk yard

Back up there. Going to go on Autotrader in a week or so. Last trip I plan to take with it is just 7 days away. After that it starts going to stock. Save thousands and buy a built truck instead fo a truck you have to build.

Re: 1975 Jimmy Trail rig in Atlanta going to the junk yard

Ok Insurance is due on this the 27th. I debating parking and parting or Autotrader. If I auto trader I have to pay some insurance on it.

Somebody make me a fair offer in the next couple days. Like was pointed out I really didn't want to part this and I will work with you with pulling stuff like wheels and tires if you bring your own.

If you want to one ton it then bring axles and I will sell my axles seperate. My keeping the wheels, tires and axles I would let the rest go for $1800 just to save me the hassle.

If you look you will notice I have Ads for the CTM's and my spare 4.10 gear set for the rear.

Re: 1975 Jimmy Trail rig in Atlanta going to the junk yard

Plan to get this in the Auto Trader next week and I do have a set of stock axles that I just need to go pick up.

Last chance. I will take reasonable offers.

Is it abused? I'll float you $150 plus shipping. OR $100 plus the new part time kit I got and shipping both ways?
