1975 K5 Blazer with a 4 Wheeler pop-up camper. Camper conversion was performed by the 4 Wheeler Company in Broomfield CO and is in excellent shape, with little use. It has a propane/electric refrigerator, heater, 3 burner stove, sink and water tank, sleeps four, 6' 4" interior height. 3 batteries for the truck and camper, 2 to support truck and winch and one for camper with cutoff switches. Blazer rides on a 9" lift (6" suspension lift and 3"body lift), 38.5 x 14.50 x 16.5 Swamper tires mounted on rare 16.5" six bolt rims. 8,000 lb Warn winch. Rollbar.Recent engine and transmission work. Mile Marker transfer case which locks and unlocks front drive shaft with Warn hubs. Factory AC, 400 Small Block with Edelbrock 650 CFM chrome carb and RPM manifold. Edelbrock RV cam and lifters with roller timing chain, headers. Edelbrock valve covers, air cleaner, and timing cover. K &N air cleaner. Rollbar. Turbo 400 transmission, 4:10 axle gears. Both axles have Go Rhino truss bar/skid plates. Sun Super 2 Tach. Tires are weathered cracked. Doors show a little rust on the bottom edge (see picture) but the frame and body appears to be rust free.
This K5 runs and drives okay but I would put new tires on it. Would make a perfect Burning Man rig or replace the tiger paint job with something more appropriate like a camo paint job.

Prior owner bought it in 1993 with 98,383 miles and put 11,000 miles on it in 25 years.

This is one bad unit and you won't see another one like it out on the trail!

It needs a tilt down, trailer hitch mounted spare tire holder. Double duty: 1.) for holding the spare. 2.) used as a step to get into the darn thing.
"Cute" certainly is not the first thing that comes to mind when I look at it:)

That camper conversion area would be interesting. The pop top campers are pretty easy on the half cab K5's, but I think they must have had to sacrifice a full convertible fibreglass topper to graft into the pop top camper to make it all work and still be a full convertible.

It sure does look like a late 80's build...

Good luck with the sale!

Where's the Bengal's fans? (Bet you'd sell it quick if you drove it to a game they were playing at...) :lombardi:
