Hey guys, I’m currently working on restoring my 1976 K5. It’s going to be a 355 with a 6L80 twin stick np203.

Does anyone have a junkyard by them? I can’t find any k5s near me. I’m looking for the tumble rear seat in the 78+ I believe. I need the floor pins I guess I’d call them. Need to cut them out of a new truck so I can weld them into my floor.

Anyone got a lead on some?

Jesse or Rob @RivMan might know of something closer to you. There isn’t anything that old left in my area.

Local yards by me never have anything older than 90’s. There are plenty of trucks being cut up/ restored. If I didn’t plate over mine I’d cut them out for yah.

When I put the seat in my 76, I got a rod boted it underneath the bed with straps and cut a slot in the floor for the latch to go through.
It worked perfectly

That’s why I was thinking I’ll just weld something up. Probably take some 18 gauge, weld a box with a piece of round steel welded in it, then weld that to the floor under the cutouts.
