"Poster" is a bit of a misnomer as they're not paper you can ship rolled up. These are actually like 1/8" cardboard, maybe 32x18", beautiful pieces of automotive advertising as you'd find in a GM dealer ca. 1976-77. They're fairly rare; I've seen the Blazer one on Ebay a few times, but the pickup and Burb ones maybe once beyond the times I found these. Each has two variations of the truck in question: the Blazer has the hardtop and the Chalet, the pickup the Fleet- and Stepsides, and the Suburban is more subtly tailgate and barn doors.
These have then been professionally custom framed in aluminum (at no small cost! I'm eating my shorts $$-wise), including ultraviolet-blocking acrylic instead of glass, to help against fading and sun damage. (Does make it hard to take photos, though, as you can see the flash below. They're really much nicer in person.) I've had them for over a decade, and besides a few scratches and nicks in the frames from poor storage, they're as good as the day I got them.
Anyway, I don't so much have room for them in the house, marriage and all, so perhaps other CK5'ers can enjoy them more. My preference is to sell them as a set at a bit of a discount, to a fellow collector type (and because it'll be easier to ship
) but if that doesn't happen, I can sell 'em onesies. I'm guessing like thirty or forty bucks to ship by the time I go get a box big enough and bubblewrap the fsck out of them, but you're welcome to post up your ZIP code and I can guesstimate from that. Obviously if one one of you NorCal guys is interested you can get a steal deal for in-person pickup.
