1977 hard top seals

I have been doing some research on the removable top weather stripping for my 77 k5.In the process I have found alot of info on the first gen part numbers her on ck5(maybe not got the right key word) but not much on the 2nd gen numbers.

Does anyone have the gm part numbers for all 4 pieces? I have seen here that some of you tried the other names out there for these parts and have had some mixed results.

Places I have looked-- Lmc,gm parts direct(1985 was the oldest in the list),Classic parts America and some others.

What was your experience in using some of these sellers? Does gm still sell these and were did you get them?? The local gm dealer is a joke here small town.

Do a search for weatherstrip posts by Metrodps, he has listed most of the factory original part numbers for the newer versions. Just keep in mind you will pay a bit more for the factory pieces.

For my money, the parts I have gotten, including weatherstrip, from Classic Parts have been very high quality, and perfect fit. I am going to be ordering some more weatherstrip parts from them very soon.

I did search this site and most of what I found is 1st gen stuff but having the posters name will help alot,Ill do that when I get home from work to day.
