Unless things have gotten better with sunroofs in the past 20 years, you are going to be out of luck most likely. There are no standards, they are all aftermarket, and the companies all seem to go out of business about the same time the sunroof was installed.

Glass place, or take it to a body shop and have them weld the roof back up.

I feel your pain, my friend. Why would anyone put a sunroof in a Blazer? Or, for that matter, any vehicle. Just Friday, I got my third and best quote on welding a new piece in the roof to cover my leaking, noisy sunroof. $900.00. And I'm providing a donor roof in that I have cut in the back yard.
That being said, this may be your lucky day. I will measure mine, and maybe it will be the same size as yours. I was hesitant at the price, but if my old glass can make your life better, then it pushes me over the edge and I'm going to get mine welded up. I'll measure when I get home tonight and post up if you should go buy a lotto ticket. Looks hopeful, even the color is right!

I can’t stand sunroofs, whoever from Arizona who owned it last must of loved it...who would’ve guessed I was thinking of throwing a patch on top and welding it but my last resort is always going to the forums and I’ve never been disappointed. thank you for the response, I’m going to keep my phone near me waiting for the measurements. :D

Funny enough...I spent 25 years in Michigan, and virtually never used the sunroof or moonroof I had in several cars. Every once in a great while, I'd open it up at night during that one week period in the spring and fall when it was a bit cool without being oppressively muggy, but never enough for it to be any kind of selling point in a car for me.

Compared to the last 15 years here, in Arizona, my sun/moon roofs are virtually ALWAYS open, and I consider it a "must have" option on every daily driver I buy. Having it cracked open in the back, along with cracking open the door windows, does wonders to keep the inside temps down while parked in the sun during the summer. I also leave the back open while driving most of the year to keep air flowing through the car, without feeling like I'm getting blasted in the face with a leaf blower with the door windows wide open.

The only think that's kept me from putting one in the K5 is that the aftermarkets always are so bulky in the install. If there was a way to get an OEM power moonroof type look in there, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Sorry, I got distracted and forgot to post the measurements. Happens a lot these days. Approximate measurements in the middle of the glass are 29.5" x 13.25". I can't see the numbers in your photos, so I'll let you tell me if we're in the ballpark. If so, I'll go and measure center and a inch from each side and we will make sure the curve is the same. If the glass doesn't fit, there's always the possibility that my frame and glass may cover your hole. If the glass won't work, send me your measurements for the frame and we can see if that will fit...

I just measured mine again from the inside of the truck I’m getting 28” x 13” on the inside of the sunroof, the size with frame is 30” 5/16 X 15” 6/16 which I’ll round down to 5/16 because the frame isn’t perfect

My minivan has one but I never open it. It causes a weird glare. My old Tacoma 2001 had one and I rarely used it. Having them in AZ is 99% pointless.

Hard to say exactly what the hole size is on this. I can't tell if the frame screws into the frame on the other side, or into the roof metal. What I can tell you is the outer vertical edge is 15.75" front to back, and it's got a 1/8" lip on both sides that I guess is there to make it look finished if you have a headliner. Side to side, you're looking at 31.5", with that same lip. You can see it in the photo I posted...the whole thing looks way too thick to be where it is, I'm assuming the extra thickness is for a headliner. So, unless you're looking to cut a even bigger hole, I don't think I'm going to be able to help....and even if you did, remember the reason I want to get mine out is because it leaks and the wind noise is horrible.

Yes, I'm sure with no glass, yours is worse on both. But it does bring up an idea you may want to look into...how about seeing if you can find one similar in size, including the frame and just put that in? Maybe cheaper than having glass cut. Or you could always go the WT route and silicone some acrylic in there until you can figure it out. For what it's worth, I was able to find a roof for $40 that I'm going to cut a patch out of, that may be your best bet if your welding skills are good. I keep burning holes in metal that thin.....

Let me know if you think it will help, we'll figure it out. Personally, I think you'd be trading one headache for another....
