Going to be for sale here real soon.

1978 suburban. Extremely little rust, no rust in rockers at all just a bit in the one front fender and in front of one of the rear tires. Over all extremely straight body but not perfect.

Motor:
500ci cadillac motor out of a 76 deville. has the eldorado rear sump pan. mt5 camlifter and spring combo from MTS. valve guides are cut down to give clearance to the higher lift cam, has a new oil pump and was "freshend up" with a new set of crank, rod, and cam bearings as well as a new set of rings. At the time it was decided that it did need bored due to exesseive where on the cylinder walls however at that point i had spent more money then i wanted to so just called it good with the hone and new rings. It does not smoke at all ever. I had the rocker bedistalls milled down to compensate for the re-ground cam but the bottom line with it is that it needs longer pushrods so valves do clatter as they are non adjustable. has the stock carb, intake and exuahst. Runs OK but just still doesnt run right. certainly not 500ci worth of power. Motor only has about 2500 miles on it.

Trans:
th350. bought it used and was told it had 14000 miles on it and i have no reason to think otherwise. Was also told that it was a shift kit of some sort in it and it does shift pretty quick and firm. stock stall on the converter has new fluid and filter because i had to replace the park pawl. also has 205 t-case which i was told was re sealed when the trans was done. Again i have no reason not belive that. Works good.

Axles:
10 bolt front 4.10 gears,open diff, newer brake pads, newer u-joints, inner axle seals, recently repacked bearings, newer diff fluid, warn hubs, never broke it but then im not too ruff on it either.

14bolt rear, detroit locker, disk brakes, newer diff fluid and wheel seals.

Other;
Has 36x12.5R16 super swamper TSL radials on stock mid 90's ford wheels with newer model chevy hub caps, Has newer pro comp shocks all around, exhaust is just a home brew job with turbo mufflers and could stand to be re done, Paint really needs re done but i like the way it looks for a woods rig. Interior is ok. Few rips in the seat but its not all broken down, the rear seats are actually pretty decent. The carpet needs re done but its there. Again no rust at all in the floor boards. I replaced the stock gauge cluster with some aftermarket ones and honestly, it turned out not so great. I really want to just put a factory setup back in it. Has the factory bezel, fuel and speedo just modifed the bezel to fit after market temp, volt, and oil pressure guages. Has the stock radio that only seems to work on A.M.. Dont know what else there really is to tell. I built it as a woods truck and just dont use it all that much and i have two other trucks any way.

$2500 Without the tires, $3500 with.
