I am wanting to put together a pickup, I have a 77 cab that is in decent shape and my uncle has the frame and running gear from a 1989 V3500. Will this cab bolt onto this frame? Thank you.

1979 cab on 1989 1ton frame?

The cab is from a two wheel drive half ton.
need front clip also from 80-and back unless you want to mod lots of stuff to fit 81-up front.
and possible floor pan work in tranny tunnel area or swap out of the bolt in style.
other than that direct bolt on. only thing is use body mounts for the year of the frame not the cab.

So I will be needing the cab mounts for the 89 frame, not for the 77 body?

yep cab mounts for the year of the frame. 81-87 pickup std cab or up to 91 on crew cab.
