I bought this just a few months ago, and the one and only thing I've done to it is remove the enormous whip antenna from the rear bumper. It is not perfect but it is really, really good.

Here is what I know about it:
-Single owner before me - was very evidently his pride and joy (the cloth DashMat is embroidered with "Jim's Blazer"). His family was known in my community and the truck has spent its whole life in our desert. He is dead and I bought it from his estate.
-all original drivetrain: 400SBC, TH400, NP203 (it does have Warn lockout hubs)
-passed California smog with flying colors in August 2021
-clear CA title in my name, CA registration current through Aug 2022
-it is a repaint (a high-quality repaint in my opinion)
-odometer says 78,xxx - I have no idea if it's spun over or not. Engine is completely stock, strong, and has good compression. Trans shifts very well.
-the dashpad is cracked, and the front seats have saddle-blanket covers on them. I don't think anyone has ever sat in the back seat by the looks of it.
-manual windows all around
-battery is pretty new
-it has two HAM radios installed in it: an Alinco DR-570 and a Ranger RCI-2970dx
-I've taken it out and gotten it up to highway speed every weekend since I bought it
-there is not one single speck of rust anywhere on this thing and the metal is 100% straight

Sold!

I'll add more pics later.

I can personally get it as far as Kansas or Wisconsin (on my own trailer, for some fuel cost which we would agree upon in advance), or you can arrange professional transport.

Nice....really nice.
Thinking about selling my junkers and buying a nice rig when my retirement is finalized. Longing for a round eye. That's when Dad and I still got along...

Omg, I just realized. One of my best memories was of me & Dad looking at new trucks one night, he was really in love with a black K5. It was 1979....I'll never forget that night.

He was bummed because it wouldn't travel with well with three kids.

My goodness is that thing clean. What a time capsule. Good luck with the sale!

Willing to trade for a nice dump-bed UTV in southeast Kansas. My FIL can't ride a 4-wheeler anymore..and I would love for him to be mobile on the farm again.
