I recently replaced all my weatherstriping for the top. Precision has some good videos on how to install them. However the rear shell glass run is giving me issues. For starters in the video it states to use the locating pin holes to align it. My top does not have these holes. I am wondering if anyone has measurements from there top? Also once I roughly installed the weatherstrip it made the glass extremely difficult to roll up all the way. For those of you that have done this, do you have any tips that would be helpful. Thank you!

The alignment pin is not really that critical.
The new weatherstrip will be little tight at first until it gets broken in but make sure it's installed all the way in to minimize any pressure on the glass

If tighten the horizontal bolts first, that go into the cab, and then do the vertical ones into the bed rails, that should put the top in the right position for the glass to roll up. If the glass isn't centered in the topper seal, you can adjust the position of the tailgate latches.
