My first car was an '86 K10, and it had single square headlights. But '80 is the only year with those particular square headlight bezels and the vertical turn signals.
and it has horizontal turn signals in the fenders.
the GM truck line was redesigned in 1973 and carried the same basic body style on the pickups until 1987 and Blazers and Suburbans until 1991.
However, in 1981 the front end sheet metal was changed, (cowl, hood, fenders, inner fenders, core support, bumpers, ect.)
so 1980 was the last year of the first front end style and the only year you could get square headlights in the first front end style
an easy way to tell is 73-80 turn signals go up and down or vertical
81-87 (91) go across or horizontal
provided the front end is stock and hasn't been changed to another design as you can interchange the front clips
