Why would it not pass? Because of non-factory carburetor? Seems like it has bunch of upgraded parts and price seems right.
carb, headers, doubt it has cat(s). Some had smog pumps and other weird shit. That's not worth the effort IMO.
That thing looks like a POS! It hits my top 3 red flags,
1 Under dash wiring rats nest.
2. Painted “accent” parts.
3. Cheap engine temp gauge, but a 5” 10k Monster tach.

Love the poor fitment of the hood in order to run exposed wires up to the roof tube lighting above redneck outlaws
I've always wondered if those 80 front ends can be converted to the 70s style.
