1981 CC info please...

So I'm looking at an 81 CC SRW 2wd truck here locally. It has a 454 in it, it "should" have a turbo 400 right? I couldn't imagine a 1ton getting a th350? maybe maybe not. I'd much rather put a 700r4 in it but that's down the road.

So it should be a 454 and a th400 right?
