I picked up this cream puff from “bornforadventure”. Had it shipped from Oregon to Georgia. It’s in pretty decent shape other than the bush league paint job. I’m planning on doing a complete cosmetic overhaul. Grizzly ironworks front bumper. I do need help with the cargo rack and “kc” lights on top.

6.2l diesel
Th400
4.10 gears
34” tires

I have KC's on mine...had to unscrew the wiring. Need to rewire them, the new yellow fog lights, along with the relay mod for the headlights...

How much that cost you? Good looking truck.

You've been busy, that's a lot of acreage to sand.

I need to get started on mine soon.
I'll have to check out the paint when it's done, to motivate me.(I'm near Winder so not too far).

That’s funny… small world.
I going the cucv route on the front set up. I was able to buy and brush guard/winch combo for my truck so now I have spare bumper, brush guard, shackles etc. the truck ended up great and I wish I could find someone that could fabricate another one of these.

That must be a good feeling to get it in primer. Everything looks straight.
What color/type paint?

Feels very good. I’d admit I’ve been a little in the lazy side last few months. It was starting to flash rust on the bare metal spots even though it was under a tarp and under a carport. Red oxide primer from Gillespie. It’s very stout. I think I’ll go with one coat then 2 top coats then finish with a matte clear coat

Any recs on clamp style roof racks? There’s not a single hole or dent in my roof and I can’t in good conscience drill any

If you did do clamp style rack it would have to be over th front. Those drip rails are held on by #6 or 8 sheet metal screws, and alittle adhesive. Iirc the factory option rack was bolted to roof
