1983 fuseblock help

I've got a 1983 diesel suburban that I'm installing a cummins 12valve into. Someone cut all the wires on the fuse block engine compartment. Could someone please take a gander at theres and tell me where the wires hook to? I have to assume that one of the wires is straight from batt. hot and powers the fuse block, and then some of them tie into the solenoid on the inside fender? Could you tell me what color goes where and hooks to what? Thanks a bunch

Red to the fuse panel is battery 12V FWIW.

Try a search on here of fuse panel wiring or somesuch, also check out dremu's posts for wiring, may have some up as well.
