Sweet, another full vert convert :D like everyone says , measure twice, then a few more times, and again just to be sure then before you cut measure one more time :haha:

It's not to bad of a job ........granted I have yet to finish mine :doah:, but the hard parts are done :D

thanks, been wanting to do this for a long time. I drove 630 miles round trip to get the donor, now its hard to get time to work on it. hunting season started today here in miss-lou and i'm a 4wheeler mechanic. i'm strecthed in every direction!

a little progress

got the windshield frame mocked up with the 73 top on. going to put the 73 doors on it to check all lines and gaps. i love the look so far. pic 3 is of my parents 88 k5, been freshly painted about ten months now.

There is a REALLY rough donor twenty minutes south of me I can have for iron price. I really should go pick it up. Did you modify your doors, or paint the old ones?

Very nice! I wish I had a top for mine but I got my donor parts here and there, never had a complete truck to work with.

Thanks for the thread - sub'd.
