Good condition, still very tight and turn signal/wiper switch feels/works like it should.
Currently has steering wheel with GMC horn button.
Currently no key but will find one or install new key switch.
$300.00 with wheel, $275.00 without.

Gahdamn that’s a fair deal. I don’t remember, can you chance the cylinder as easy without having the key?
I have a coffee can full of older Gm keys, have about a 20% success rate with finding a key.
If not I will just buy a new lock and pull the wheel, retainer plate, ts switch and swap a new one in.
Takes me about 25 minutes

How much to ship to 22039? No wheel
I think the last one I did about a year ago was close to $65.00 for shipping.
Seems like I had a heck of a time finding a box.
I usually ship without wheel and unbolt the slip shaft to make it a bit shorter and the ts/tilt levers to avoid them getting broken.
Let me find a box and get some shipping quotes.
Any preference on a shipper?

Last one I shipped I used an axle shaft box and hole saw in a 2x 6x6 squares for top and bottom caps and it seemed to do really well.
