1985 K10 Pickup - What is it worth ?

I am in north New Jersey but planning to move west and I don't want to bring this truck with me.

My daughter has a 1985 K10 Pickup that she got in a trade for a 1980's Trans Am. It is a V-6 with 4WD. Standard shift 4 speed trans. Has about 150,000 miles on it.

Rust at rear of cab both sides.
Tail gate will not lock in place.
Needs a fender as well.
Needs power steering reservoir unit (Leaking).
A cracked windshield.
Failed inspection for emissions.

Anyone have an idea what it is worth?

Does it run and drive? I know you said it failed, but are you still driving it?

Except for the power steering squeal when you turn the wheel it runs fine. I suspect that a good tune up will fix the failed inspection but I just cannot do it without a garage. We have so many things to do to get ready to move west and since it is so old I don't want to risk it going 2500+ miles.

That is why I am looking to sell it.
