Hi - I am looking to make rear interior panels for my rig but all of the panels I see the ashtray clips into the panel. The ashtrays in my K5 are independent of the panel. They are attached to a piece of metal secured to the inner quarter panel and pillar/brace the seatbelt attaches to. The piece of metal is recessed maybe a 1/4 inch. So if I use regular panels they will actually cover them and if i cut a hole they wont be flush with the panel. I apologize, I must be dumb because I cant figure out how to add a picture.
