Military? It does have a CUCV-style pintle hitch, but it's not on a CUCV bumper. Otherwise it looks pretty standard to me.

Military used probably... I had an 83 e150 cargo van that came from the rock island arsenal... Was military but pretty much a normal van.... Only possible difference I seen was it seemed to have 3/4 ton suspension. Because it was taller than any other e150 I've seen. I had 31x10.5s under the tail with no rubbing.

Fleet truck yes but I don't think it was military. It has some unusual equipment though, no a/c but it does have cruise control (no idea if OE). I also noticed its a gas sbc but the cluster trim has the square in the upper center that I think is for the glow plug light.

My crew cab was military use and I'm the second titled civilian owner. The guy I had to go through did all the work but it's definitely a civilian custom deluxe truck with no cucv type parts. Doesn't mean it wasn't military.

I agree it could be, I just don't think a military truck would have cruise on it. The 91 I had was a USAF truck (I was the first civilian owner), it was a Cheyenne with a/c and gauges but that's all as far as options.
