I have a 1988 blazer and I just noticed the factory gm passenger and driver seat brackets have different mounting dimensions. The drivers side the front and back bolts are 10-1/2" inches apart and the passenger side they are 9-3/4" apart. I am working with corbeau on their brackets and I want to know if anyone else with a 1987 to 91 full size blazer can measure center to center on their mounting bolts to see if this is standard for all these years or if I have some odd ball mounting going on with my factory seats. (More info on my plan b build thread)

Corbeau brackets dont fit the passenger side but they do fit the drivers side. I am working with corbeau (seriously awesome company) to get their brackets updated but I want more than just me and one other guy telling them their brackets are wrong.

Pictures and measurements would be awesome. Tag people with a 87-91 that may have seats out :)

Let me know if you tried to install the corbeau seat brackets in a 87-91 and had issues.

I can't easily measure mine but I can tell you that my '91 in the same way. When I made brackets to mount my Silverado seats I discovered the passenger side to be slightly different from the driver so that bracket is drilled differently. The reason for the difference is likely related to making room somewhere for the fold / slide seat and/or rear seat access.

Well corbeau wants a 87-91 blazer to R&D off of (mine has rusty patched together floors so it's not the best example) the guy I originally thought would let them use his blazer now wants them to pay him.... personally I'd let a company barrow my stuff for a couple days just to help out other blazer guys.
Anyone know a guy with a 87-91 blazer in the salt lake Utah area that would lend it to corbeau for a couple days? Either way I'm getting new brackets that fit my rig but I'd like to help others if possible.

Any Luck with Corbeau
I don't see a 87-91 bracket listed on Corbeaus website?

Day late and a dollar short, do they list anything '85 era? '85 was when they changed to that seat style (it was a running change that year) I don't know why there would be any difference '85-91.

Probably won't help, but at least more info is out there.

Just got off the phone with Corbeau Their Tech guy says the CHEVROLET BLAZER 87-94 (FLOOR UP) SEAT BRACKETS will fit but I am skeptical since 91' was last year K5?

Ok, I'm betting their timelines are a bit off.

I can't speak to the '92-94 Blazers, that seems a bit odd, as does the '72-73 crossover, but unless GM changed the seat brackets after ~6 months, the years are probably "late" '85 to '91.

I was hoping to get a confirmation from someone that installed these brackets
his part # C22058L-H and C22058R-H

Thank you
I'll order and if they don't work out send back

I worked close with them and they made me exact bolt in brackets. The part numbers on them are posted below.

If you have an 87 -91 and the brackets they send you don't work let them/me know and I'll run these up for them to clone.

I had a second set made thats 1.5" shorter because of how I did my cage so I have these sitting on the shelf and can run them over

Part numbers are correct. On mine they oopsed and swapped the labels for R/L. I didn't realize the measurements for passenger and driver brackets were so different but they are.
