I absolutely HATE to do this but I think it is time to sell the K5. I am at a point in my life where I can’t justify owning the truck and only going wheeling 2 times a year. Additionally it would really help get caught up on some debt.

So here is the deal. It is a 1987 K5. The list of parts is below. There are hardly 7,000 miles on the engine and axles since they were all rebuilt. As it sits now, the top, doors and tailgate are all removed. I still have all the appendages, however. There truck was about to begin transformation into a trail-only rig. I have some tube doors on it now.

The original dash was cut out completely (to the window frame) and I had planned on putting a tube dash in it. I have a FULL set of Autometer Ultra-Lite gauges that were destined to find there home in the new tube dash. I would work with a potential buy to finish the dash project. I will work on getting some recent pics.

I have recently replaced the entire cab floor from the front seat mounts to the step-up for the bed. The rear bed floor needs replaced at the tail pan. I have new Goodmark bed floors that I would include with the truck or I might consider replacing them for a potential buyer.

I am asking $6,000 and have nearly treble that amount invested.

LOL, I said I would get some on soon...Apparently owning an Apple makes uploading photos to CK5 kinda tedious...So I am working on it as we speak...

Thanks,

Chris

That most of the pics I have for now... I will browse through my computer later and see if I can find any more recent ones... Once the weather gets a little nicer , I will go out side and take some pics of it as it sits now....

Thanks,

Chris

Shame the dash is ripped out.... I'd want it with the GM dash in there. Good luck with the sale.

Well the dash might still be in there had I not been so lucky as to have the previous set of AutoMeter gauges stolen. When they stole the gauges, they took the whole bezel and completely focked up the drivers side of the dash with pry-bars. That is what prompted my to remove the whole dash.
