1987 k5 blazer 208 transfer case shifter nut

Hello everyone,

I need help finding the correct nut for my transfer case shifter. I lost it somewhere and I don't know the size or threads. If I remember correctly its a reverse nut as well. If anyone knows the size, threads ect. then maybe I can find one at a hardware store. Thanks.

What part of the shifter is the nut located?

the nut is located by the linkage to the transfercase on the passenger side.

Then the size I mentioned might not work. I was referring to the jam nut for the shifter nob.

Yeah it looks like that nut but i believe the photo is from some other truck. I lost it in the hills one day and don't know the size or threads and i think its reverse turn as well.

I don't believe mine was reverse thread. I have an extra t-case I can check tonight.
