1/2 ton status
I've owned this Blazer since 12/1999. This week, Blazer hit a telephone poll at about 30 mph. Hood and right front fender damaged and now removed. Remaining body is very good condition. Frame is now bent at leaf spring mount location, right side. Engine was running strong prior to accident and appears undamaged.
350 four bolt main (184,600 miles)
SM465 4 spd. (6.55:1 First Gear)
NP208 (2.61:1 Low Range)
GM Corporate 10-bolt (8.5-in. 1.28 Axle Dia. 28 Spline)
At 179,660 miles - new rear main oil seal; new clutch kit; new pilot bearing. Both trans and transfer case where inspected by transmission shop and no maintenance was required. Solid units.
Rust has been cut out and 14 gauge steel welded in, oxide primed, all seams sealed with tiger seal, and finally painted. Entire truck painted in 12/2003, about 2500 miles ago. Black exterior with tan interior.
I'd like to sell complete truck for $2200 or trade for professional ZTR mower (Scag, Exmark, Dixie, etc).
I'd consider other items for trade (plus cash if items are less $$) such as Rokon, Honda Fat Cat, Yamaha Big Wheel, MIG or Stick welder. I'm opened to all offers, but not yet ready to part out.
I've got about 30 photos of truck, just need to figure out how to reduce the file sizes.
