1987 Chevy Blazer Full Size 4X4 (Registered as a 1973 so it is Smog Exempt!) selling the whole truck for $1000 Firm. Blown Engine otherwise the rest of the truck was running great. Out of money can not afford to repair.

I can think of two ways... swap frames so it is legal (CA goes by vin on Frame) or one that's not so legal.
