I took out the metal bent fuel lines and replaced them with ptfe fuel lines. Engine cranks but doesn't turn over. I turn the key to the on position to see if the fuel pump make any noise. Fuel pump sounded. Checked the TBI injectors, dry no spray when crack. Wondering how to test the injectors or should I be looking at something else?

First guess would be the common problem of the short rubber hose inside the fuel tank that tends to split. It connects the pump to the sending unit. Need to drop the tank and open it up to replace. You can check the fuel pressure at the fuel filter. Filter is located on the passenger side frame rail just forward of the tank.
