That is a pretty interesting rig. Does he have any more pics?
I have wondered how the windshield was done as well as the dash. I never saw a write up on it after the cab was narrowed, only saw pics in one of the mags. I have always wanted one that was narrowed the full length of the body to about the width of a 4Runner.

It has the cool and unique factor going for it. It seems like an S-10 cab would be an easier choice for those of us who are fabricationally challenged.
