Chevrolet. I don't know about two types, this one is kind of trapezoid (wider at top than bottom but almost rectangular) silver and says Chevrolet on it. I'll try to figure out how to post a picture.

It did but also the other earlier wheels were wide button and narrower Silverado buttons.
This is my 91 low option truck with the wide horn button.

I just tripped over it yesterday.
I put it on a shelf.

So the one I tripped on was the wide one.
I know I have a steering wheel somewhere with the small button.
I will post if I find it
