1988 k5 blazer lighting problem

I have no running lights and no dash lights but my brake lights headlights and blinkers work fine. I’m thinking it’s the headlight switch or could it be something different
 
There is a separate fuse for the tail lamps, and probably the instrument lamps.
The head might power each, from the same terminal. Iirc the head lamp powers the fuse for instrument lamp. Not sure if the same for tail lamps fuse.
Later tomorrow I can look up the circuit and be more specific.

I’m going to check the other fuses tomorrow and pull the switch out and try to clean the connectors and check the wires to make sure one isn’t loose
