I have a 1989 blazer with single headlights and am wanting to switch to dual headlights and grille, like the more common 89-91. What parts will I need? Can I use the core support I have?

You need everything as obijuan said. Core support, headlight buckets, headlights low and high and the park light/turn signal housings, forward light harness and the obvious grill and headlight bezels. The grill is different for sure.
I went the other way and the single setup you have is harder to come by for sure. The little headlights are absofocking horrible at night and I refused to pay the kings ransom LMC wants for the upgrade housings. Just keep that in mind if you actually drive at night.
At least with the singles I can get hundreds of upgrade choices. Stuffed mine with LED bulbs and bingo, light I can use at night.
Let me know if you need the harnesses. I’m pretty sure I have them all. I also believe each section has is only a few feet long with sealed connectors on the end.
