It really is and a steal at the listed price. I wish we didn't have to get rid of it. I love driving the thing more then my own truck. If it wasn't for the duals I would buy it from my Dad, I just simply don't need it.

Should be, the extended cab one tons were out in that body style by 89. It was only the Crew Cab's and Cab and Chassis models that were still square body in 89 (plus K5's and Sub's of course)

Thanks for the clarification, Rene. For some reason I thought the extended cab duallies weren't introduced until 1990.....

Regardless, if the truck is good shape in and out, someone's getting a steal of a deal.

What's with the GV OD?

My 1 ton has 4.10's and 33's and cruises at 2,000 or so when I'm towing (55-60mph) if it was any lower it'd be out of the power band a little... or do you only use it when you aren't towing?

In 1989, the TH400 was the only option. The 4L80E was not introduced until 1991.

Hence the GV OD.

Yup exactly, the truck is equipped with a th400. There is a potential buyer on the line, I hope he buys it.

Well since i totaled it, the insurance company is offering us to buy it back for a good price does anybody want any pieces off it? they are picking it up Monday so i need a answer FAST!

If no one buys it , maybe you could do payments to your Dad , and use my 93 EXCAB LONGBED for body parts . I am pulling my drivetrain for future use
