Looking to sell my ‘89 K5. I purchased over a year ago from Worldwide Vintage Autos. Since that time I have done lots of stuff to it as I planned on keeping forever. Unfortunately life events have changed and I will be selling it. Here are some details:
Strong 350 TBI with recent tune-up including spark plugs, wires, cap & rotor. Also had fuel filter changed and a coolant flush with new thermostat. Hooker headers, dual exhaust and Flowmaster exhaust also added and it sounds great. I replaced the front door switches, weatherstrip and everything works as intended. I also replaced the rear window regulator and cable as well as the weatherstrip. It all works as intended. Just added Dakota digital gauges and it made a huge difference. The blue interior is in great condition, no tears or stains and all trim pieces are present. I installed a new headliner and replaced the interior lights with LED. The front and rear differentials have new fluids. The transmission and transfer case are also full of fresh fluids. I replaced the front end pieces (grill and headlamp assemblies and it looks like new. Also added a new wind deflector as well as tow hooks. I added a 2” all spring Rough Country Lift and new Billstein shocks all around. I also just did a JK steering shaft upgrade and replaced the column bearing as well. I also had Warn manual hubs installed and replaced a few front end steering components. It has the metal frame brace installed by the power steering pump as well as the ORD brace. I know I am probably forgetting something but I have a pile of receipts for everything listed and more. This K5 gets lots of compliments and I hate selling it but need to. This is a 99% rust free vehicle with a clear NM title. I will be in NM this weekend if anyone wants to come check it out. $38k is my asking price, thanks for looking, more pictures will be added this weekend…
