Since I can't sell my 97, and things aren't looking very good elsewhere either, I think I have to sell my 89. I'll try to describe all the details, 1989 K3500 (true 1 ton) reg cab long box, Ford Dana 60 front, GM outers, 4.10s, have a new set of 4.56s and P/L not installed yet, GM 14 rear 3.73s, also have 4.56s and a Detroit waiting to go in, also rebiuld kit and install kit too. ORU SAS kit, junkyard 4" springs, dropped pitman arm, ORU crossover arm, homemade shackle flip, stock springs, since the angle isn't the greatest, I have a flipkit from ORD sitting in the truck. BRAND NEW 40" boggers, maybe 500 miles, some slices in chunks from rubbing, but nothing to worry about, mounted on 15x12 Barts, cutout fender flares helps clear, but will need to go up some to keep from rubbing. Motor is a perfect running TBI 454, no smoke, noises, nothing. Has a new 4 core radiator. TH400 trans from a short bus, works fine, leaks around the dipstick, but has the typical stock 400 shift. Not installed yet is a Ford 205, adaptor made to use a 2wd 400 with a factory 208/241 adaptor, (Thanks MEK5) rails ground for twin stick, 32 spline input from an 87 case (can't think of short or long) 1350 rear output, u-joint style front output, but no front shaft. Also have the reluctor ring and a VSS sensor, so all you have to do is drill and tap. I drove the truck up untill I sold the GM 60 that was in it, and started to put the HP60 in it. I lost the spring plates that go on top the spring, dont' know what the hell I did with them. I have the lower plates, will need u-bolts and those top spring plates, then the truck could be driven, but no 4wd till the case is installed, and both d/s's made. I don't even know what to ask, PM me with an offer. WILL NOT PART OUT. Any questions PM or call, 607-237-0067. Thanks Joe. Pics are in my sig.
