1989 leafs in an 87?

Hey guys,

After a small wreck, the front end in my '87 Blazer was in need of some help. After trying to figure out exactly what needed to be replaced and coming up with different results each time, I decided to just find a donor truck truck and swap in an entire new front end instead of buying everything piece by piece. Luckily, I was able to find a decent '89 for a very reasonable amount of money. I know that in '88 they changed the leafs a bit and was wondering what I would need to do to fit the 1989 front leafs in my 1987.

the only difference is the size of the bushings in the leaf springs.older ones were smaller diameter.if your just swapping springs not bushings your good.
