Ok I am assuming from some of the info on this site that I do not need to change out my spindles for an 6 to 8 lug conversion. I am also assuming that I just need the backing plate, rotors, and wheel hubs. If so has anyone done this (dumb question I know) and would you possible have part #'s. Also will the current caliper work or will that have to be upgraded also. Sorry ahead of time for lack of exp.

Depends on what you're using as a donor. If it's a similar year, then yeah, you should be okay. I would swap calipers, as while they're mechanically interchangeable, the pistons differ.

If your donor or source is older, i.e. a D44, then you get into more fun ... see this thread.

Calipers are the same.. rotor is a little bigger due the lug pattern.

IMHO, I'd just find a backing plate and hubs, get a new set of rotors and have them turned with the hubs installed. This is of course if you get lucky and score a nice set of rotors when you pull your parts..
