1989 vs 1990/1991 Fiberglass top seatbelts

I did search but couldn't find an answer......

Anyways, I would like to replace the fix rear fiberglass top off my 1989 to one that has tinted sliders. I know that in 1990 and 1991 had the shoulder straps mounted to the top of the fiberglass top for the rear seat.

Can I get a newer year top (90 or 91) and still have the seatbelts function properly on the 1989? Thanks!

Yeah, you just need the top and belts to both be from a 90 or 91.
