Got most of the way through my project and I think I'm going to have to sell. Here's the story....
1990 6.2 suburban, 700R4, NP 241
3.73 Gov-locked 14 bolt in the rear and a 3.73 minispooled 10 bolt up front (8 lug)....
This truck has a new 2wd steering box on it waiting for X-over, just never got around to getting the D60 under it, and speaking of the 60......
I have a ready to run D60 front, welded with 4.56's and a welded 14 bolt carrier with 4.56's ready to install. The D60 is loaded out with new callipers, ORU crossover steering arm, new lockouts, rockring, HD tierod....it also comes with bran new u-bolts and top plates for the swap. (might could use new rotors but thats it).
Sittin on 95% (basically new) 39.5x13.5x15 Iroks on 15x10 black steelies
Body has had a little choppin' because its only got 5.5inches of lift running 40's. could use some paint....but ZERO rust on this truck, the doors were removed for a little while so the electrical wires have been cut..but the windows worked before I cut the lines....also the drivers side door has been cut for a half door but I never got around to finishing it.
The engine has run fine for me...it has a new red-top optima in it but could use glow plugs and a gear reduction starter...it fires up most of the time but cold starts are hard and sometimes she won't crank. ($200 max to get her cranking everytime)
