i have a completly stock 1990 350 tbi that i would like more power out of,what would be the best bang for the buck and still pass emissions, ive even thought about finding a tbi 454 to swap in,but looking at all ideas

Headers, intake, raising fuel pressure, chip. You just have to find stuff with CARB exempt numbers. They offer lots for it.

Salad bowl, injector pod spacer, adjustable fuel regulator (set psi to 12-13psi), fuel gauge mounting fitting and pressure gauge, drop in K&N air filter, headers and a full tune-up (don't forget the fuel filter).

just did a full tune up including fuel filter, and replaced fuel pump with a new bosch unit a few months ago, should probably check to see what the fuel pressure really is

From what I just read here, you enjoy replacing fuel pumps. :doah:
