My old 1990 daily driven blazer that I have had since 1992,and put 245000 miles on,has been not steering all that great,so I replaced the drag link and tie rod ends, and wow ,what a difference ,thing drives really good now,I just could not believe how bad it had gotten ,and I didn't really notice it because it happened so gradually, just thought I would share!

checking parts for wear / damage should be part of a yearly or even every or every other oil change . you would be amazed what you can find wrong in short order.

Trust what he's saying. He took 90% of the slop out of my steering in about 5 minutes. Thanks again Brett

check the rag joint on the steering shaft, might just see even more improvement after replacing it or going to an XJ shaft
