I have a 6" lift running 35x12.5R16.5 tires, rims are weld racing super single II's with a 16.5x9.75 wheel size. I got fender damage last night when i was wheelin' (pissed). It is evident that i need to do some trimming. who does this kind of work that is of the highest quality? Im running m1008 CUCV axles detriot locker front and rear with 35" tires.

Here's a link.

I shaped mine with tape, cut it with an air cut off wheel and spot welded the outer fender to the ineer. Nothing fancy but looks fine. The pic is a silimar set up as you. 4" suspention, 2 " body and 35's. I now run 38 /12.5's and they fit and don't rub either. I should add that I'm another inch up with 38's. The pic is with 10 bolts. The 60 and 1 " longer scackle puts me up to 7 inches. I'm thinking I could fit 40's without cutting more.

Bushwacker makes cut out flares. If you want it to be perfect, having it perfessionaly done by a body man would look best in my opinion. If your wheels are still under the body flares can look silly.
