Anyone have a grill center section for a 1990 K5 Blazer?

)(*&)(* tires, gotta get them replaced, they suck in the snow. Pulling into the parking lot this morning, turning into parking spot and I'm not turning. Slid right into the ass end of a fellow workers 1998 Dodge Ram, took out his tail light and bent his bumper. Cracked the center section of my grill.

)(&%#)&*(&%^#

Haven't informed the wife yet, hope the bill is less than $750 or my insurance will go up.

If it wasn't for bad luck I wouldn't have any.

One option (if you haven't already) is to NOT contact the insurance, and pay out of pocket. Lots of variables, sometimes that works out for the best though, if its cheap enough.

The center section for the 85-87 grilles are still available form gm at $35 a piece. I'd have to assume the 88-91 (not sure if they stayed the same) are also still available. Get the part # from your GM dealer, then check that part # on http://www.dorianyeager.com/index2.html

yeah, sure it was an accident. is this the same fellow worker that said yer truck ain't tuff?
took out his tailight and bumper, while cracking your grill.

I wouldn't let the insurance company know if you don't have to. Easy fix and fairly cheap. LMC has grills....don't know how much but i know the left and right end pieces are $25 a piece so i'd imagine the middle is probably $50-60.

I love parking lot grudge matches!!!!!......haven't lost one yet

Looked in LMC last night the center grill section is $199.

To damb much for my blood, I will look for a salvaged one locally or on the web site mentioned above.

Thanks
