Almost everything you need is in the firewall bulkhead connector. You can pass the wiring for the ECM through the old hole in the firewall for the old Mopar stuff and fit the ECM up on the air box by modifying the bracket for the old ECM.
You will need a park / neutral signal from inside the Jeep off the steering column. The switch is on the base of the steering column just like a GM truck.
You'll need to install some form of speed sensor. An inline VSS works great with the cable drive speedometers. If you have an electronic speedometer cluster from a newer YJ you can run a chevy 40 tooth tone ring on the t-case output and pass it through a chevy DRAC. The Jeep speedo is a standard 4k pulse per mile signal just the same as a Chevy speedometer. The Chevy sending units for oil pressure and coolant temperature are the same as the Jeep's and do not need to be changed. Just wire them up and go.
