Have you run it without the accessory belts to make sure it's not coming from something there?

Also, re-torque your spark plugs and check your header gaskets to see of they're damaged...

If you do this, don't let it run for more than 30 seconds to a minute, the belts spin the water pump. No pumping, no cooling. Seems like common sense until that one time you forget

Thanks for the replies guys. I am not sure if it is roller or flat... I need to pull the intake. I will have some more time to look at it this weekend. I will keep you posted. Thanks again
