I need to find a replacement oil cooler. My factory engine oil cooler has gone bad. Removed it and took it to the radiator shop and they said it can't be recored. Currently running without one right now because I can't find a factory replacement one anywhere.

The aftermarket offers almost unlimited options on coolers and a good commercial hydraulic hose shop can build replacement hoses and supply high temp o-rings.
Or hitting the bone yards may turn up some OEM items but still consider replacing any rubber components if for no other reason than age - better to be safe with the motors life blood.

Could also checkout the for sale section - these items pop up from time to time.

I do not know the part number, but I bought one from an auto parts store in the Haydon brand name that was an exact match for my 1991 V350 Crew Cab

B&M makes engine oil cooler? I've only seed their trany coolers

I replaced mine with a B&M Super Cooler. Heres some info from the Summit Racing site:

B&M SuperCooler Oil Coolers
This B&M SuperCooler aluminum oil cooler is 13 in. x 11.5 in. and features a stacked plate for efficient high performance oil cooling. With a 29,200 BTU rating, it offers 30 percent more cooling and fewer restrictions than a fin-and-tube cooler. This B&M oil cooler will work with your transmission, and with a pressure rating of 200 psi, it can also work with your engine oil, power steering fluid, and even your differential. Mounting is easy with built-in flanges and ½ in. female NPT connections that can be configured in any direction. This universal fit oil cooler is compatible with most vehicle applications.
