yea its an old plow truck at this point, looking for the cheapest way out.... if someone has a set of old factory laying around I would take them!!

I did a decent search, didn't see the style of yours. A few kind of close, but not exact.
I've heard, and have no doubt, that the aftermarket lenses are nowhere near as good as OEM, but for the price, not sure I'd care if I got 10 years out of them.

Rock auto probably has tail lamps on close out
